What ideas appear on your mind when you hear about Belarus?
I hope to have a much better answer to this question after i’ve attended the festival. As of today I think about Eurovision Song Contest and that designers and illustrators from Belarus usually have a very high level of execution on the Behance network.
What is creativity for you and why does creativity win?
Creativity is the secret sauce, it is what make people stop for a second and let a message sink in. People don’t owe you attention, you need to make things interesting and captivating to the point that it can’t be ignored. Creativity is one of the tools you can use to achive this.
How to develop creativity and what you get inspiration from?
For me, creativity is the balance between really digging into something and letting your mind wander freely. That said, developing creativity demands though love. You need to challenge yourself and allow yourself to be wrong without feeling devestaded. I believe that the antichrist of creativity is to polish a turd..
Why do ad festivals exist? What are they for?
Festivals is about celebrating creativity as an art form. oh, and meeting people that have the same struggles as yourself.
What would you like to wish the participants of the festival?
I think you’re in for a couple of exciting days. Have fun and talk to each other :)
